So we are re-positioning them all, together with the door furniture and giving all the doors a good white gloss treatment.

make do and mend!
Like half the nation we replaced our internal doors with bog standard colonial doors.

Interesting, Denise. We have a doorway that needs a door but isn't proper door height, so I'm looking for a solid wood door with no hole drilled for the knob. Easier said than done these days, with everything mass-produced.
