I really do not enjoy going to the gym! Why exercise in a stuffy room when we have such as this on our doorstep! Home to Danby Beacon and back - 11 miles! Now that's the way for me! Oh and I did have good company too!

    1. It is quite hilly round here AP - but that route is relatively good. A slow, steady uphill journey to the Beacon - then downhill all the way home. Took us 90 minutes there, 30 minutes back home.

  3. You look far too pretty and dressed up to be bicycling!

  5. I don't like the gym either, but cycling hurts me! (You know, sitting on a saddle for ages!) :)

You have lovely scenery - great on a sunny day.

  9. I always loved spending time walking the moors - the heather looks lovely. What a great way to spend a day - must pump up my tyres and get the bike out.

  11. Just look at that sky!! It looks similar to what we have here RIGHT NOW. If only it would stay that way for the next few weeks at least so we can get on harvesting!!
